Reviewed the research and plans of the University following its decision to advance to I-A, as well as assessing the readiness of all institutional and athletic Support Systems required for advancement. Concurrently, CSA prepared a comprehensive strategic plan for the Florida Atlantic University Athletics Department to transition from NCAA Division I-AA to Division I-A.

Arkansas State University
